NCP is a not-for-profit organization that nonetheless has been blessed with very dedicated and talented individuals, who go above and beyond for their community. Pam Goldstein and Arnold Paget, in particular, work tirelessly to coordinate the efforts of the security  patrol with the needs of the community and the actions of local police at the command level.

Pam Goldstein 

Pam is President of her co-op's Board of Directors and has been with N.C.P. since its beginning. She is also N.C.P. Board President and the person who commissioned this web site. The N.C.P. Board of Directors is made up of representatives from each of the 17 co-operative and condominium developments covered by the security  patrol.

Arnold Paget

   Arnold Paget is an integral part of the N.C.P. Board of Directors and has given a great deal of his time and effort to the community. He is very active in the Knights of Pythias and the Boy Scouts of America, as well as other organizations. He has been instrumental in raising $20,000 for a second double lung transplant for a young scout. He is a valuable asset to Lindenwood.

Harry Rodriguez

    Harry Rodriguez , Owner of Phoenix Services Protection Agency, deserves a great many thanks. He has been a real asset to NCP, backing up the best interests of the neighborhood to the point of getting out of bed himself, in the middle of the night, to patrol the area in an emergency.
